1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern all agreements—whether entered into online, via telephone, video conferencing (e.g., Zoom, Skype), email, or other digital communication—between:

Lovequest LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Lovequest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

and

You, as our client (hereinafter “Client” or “You”).

By enrolling in or participating in any of our programs, you agree to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with any purchase or participation. The version of these T&Cs in effect at the time of contract formation applies.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

2.1 Nature of Services

Lovequest LLC provides coaching, consulting, and educational services in the fields of psycho-emotional well-being and holistic health, primarily delivered online. The Brain–Skin Self-Healing System™ is a self-development program combining live 1:1 sessions, group calls, online course materials, and community support. Clients may also book 1:1 sessions with Mia Lovequest or with trained Brain–Skin Coaches, either as part of the program or separately through Lovequest LLC. The specific features and inclusions of each program are described on the respective program sales page. They may also be outlined verbally in the consultation calls and tailored to fit the unique needs of each client.

They are not a substitute for medical, dermatological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that Lovequest LLC, its coaches, and affiliates are not licensed medical professionals. You agree that any health-related decisions are your sole responsibility and should be made in consultation with qualified healthcare providers.

2.3 Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for applying the methods, practices, and tools shared within the program. While the methods are evidence-informed and have supported many clients, no specific results or health outcomes can be guaranteed, including the improvement or cure of any chronic skin condition.

2.4 Booking and Enrollment

Programs are booked online through our designated checkout pages. You are responsible for ensuring you have the technical setup required (internet access, device, compatible browser, etc.) to participate in live sessions and course modules.

3. Formation of Contract

3.1 Contract Formation

For all service-based programs (which include 1:1 or group sessions), a legally binding video contract is recorded and thereby formed during the consultation call. This video contract confirms your enrollment and agreement to the terms and conditions of the program. Lovequest LLC confirms your enrollment after your purchase has been processed through our payment provider, upon which you will receive an automated payment confirmation and onboarding email.

3.2 Promotional Materials

Any descriptions on our website, in webinars, or in promotional materials do not constitute a legally binding offer. Only a video contract, successful payment for the program, or a written confirmation of enrollment finalizes the agreement.

3.3 Language and Storage

The contract and program language is English. We retain records for the legally required duration in accordance with Florida law.

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Program Structure

The Brain–Skin Self-Healing System™ is delivered through a combination of:

- 1:1 Sessions

- Live group coaching calls

- Pre-recorded video lessons and self-study materials

- Access to a private Skool community

Additional 1:1 sessions may be booked as an add-ons.

4.2 Access Duration

Access to the group calls is granted for the duration of the program as agreed to upon enrollment to the program. Access to the Skool community and the self-study course contents remains available for lifetime, unless the platform ceases operation or Lovequest LLC discontinues its use, in which case reasonable notice will be provided.

4.3 Technical Requirements

Clients are responsible for maintaining an adequate internet connection, updated browser, and compatible devices for streaming and accessing materials through apps like Zoom and Skool.

4.4 Session Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

For all private 1:1 sessions (whether included in a program package or booked separately), cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. This policy protects the time and preparation invested by our coaches and ensures fairness to other clients waiting for open time slots.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend without notice, will count as a completed session and will be deducted from your included package or billed at the full session rate, as applicable.

We understand that genuine emergencies can arise; in such cases, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation individually.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

5.1 Pricing

All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Stripe or Fanbasis, our official payment providers. By enrolling, you agree to the terms of service of each of these payment providers and authorize them to process your payments on behalf of Lovequest LLC.

5.3 Payment Plans

If you select an installment plan, payments will be collected every 28 days from the same card used for your initial payment, beginning on the program start date. You agree that our payment providers may automatically re-attempt failed payments and that your access may be paused if payments are not successfully processed.

5.4 Client Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for all scheduled charges. Lovequest LLC reserves the right to suspend access or revoke participation for non-payment.

5.5 Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.

If payment remains outstanding beyond 14 days, the full remaining balance becomes immediately due. Continued non-payment may result in permanent removal from the program and referral to a collections process.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

6.1 License to Use Course Materials

All materials (videos, worksheets, PDFs, coaching frameworks, and recorded content) are provided are strictly for personal use only.

They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially in any capacity without prior written consent from Lovequest LLC. The tools and methods presented in the Brain–Skin Self-Healing System™ and related programs are original intellectual property developed by Mia Lovequest, informed by various educational and experiential backgrounds. Participation does not grant certification or licensing rights to teach, represent, or apply these methods professionally.

6.2 Copyright Protection

All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of Lovequest LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or distribution will be considered a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.

7. Refunds, Guarantees and Cancellations

Due to the nature of the Brain–Skin Self-Healing System™, which includes reserved 1:1 coaching time and immediate access to proprietary digital materials, purchases are non-refundable except as expressly provided under the guarantee provisions below.

By completing purchase, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund, Guarantee, and Cancellation policy.

Failure to attend scheduled sessions, failure to participate in group calls, or failure to utilize program materials does not constitute grounds for a refund, cancellation, credit, or extension outside of the guarantees outlined below.

If a refund is issued, access to all program materials and the associated community will be revoked immediately.

7.1 "Love it or Leave it" Money-Back Guarantee (Unconditional)

We offer a 100% unconditional "Love it or Leave it" money-back guarantee following the first 1:1 session.

If the Client genuinely feels that the program is not a fit or that they did not receive meaningful value from the first session, they may request a full refund of all payments made up to that point.

To be eligible, the Client must submit their request within three (3) days of completing their first session by contacting us via email at [email protected]. Upon receiving the request, Lovequest LLC will process a full refund of all amounts paid to date within three (3) business days. No further justification is required. Refunds may take up to 10 business days until they are back in the original account.

7.2 "Clear Skin" Service Guarantee (Conditional)

Following the initial first-session money-back guarantee outlined in Section 7.1, we offer a “Clear Skin Service Guarantee" for Clients who fully engage with the Brain–Skin Self-Healing System™.

This guarantee reflects our commitment to working with Clients beyond the initial program term when needed, provided they have fully engaged with the process. By continuing beyond the first session, the Client agrees to commit to the program and acknowledges that no further monetary refunds are available beyond Section 7.1. Instead, ongoing support is provided through this service guarantee.

To qualify for continued support under this guarantee, the Client must:

- Attend and complete all scheduled 1:1 sessions

- Participate in live group coaching calls at least once per week

- Engage with and show proof of applying the self-study materials

- Actively seek support when needed from program advisors and support staff

If the Client meets the above requirements and, at the end of their initial program term (three (3) or six (6) months), has not yet achieved satisfactory improvement in their skin, mental, or emotional state, Lovequest LLC will continue to provide access to live group coaching calls at no additional cost for up to another three (3) months. The purpose of this extended access is to allow for continued integration and progress within a supportive environment. Any extension of group coaching access is determined individually at the end of the Client’s program term.

To activate the Clear Skin service guarantee, the Client must explicitly communicate that they are not satisfied with their results at the end of their program term.

The Client must:

- Submit this request in writing to [email protected]

- Do so within ten (10) days of the official program end date

The request should include a brief explanation of their experience and why they feel additional support is needed. Failure to submit this request within the specified timeframe will be understood as completion of the program, and access to live group coaching calls will be terminated accordingly.

Conditions:

- All payments must have been made on time

- If a payment is missed, the Client has ten (10) days to resolve it

- Failure to resolve missed payments within this period voids this guarantee

- Participation must remain active and in good faith during any extended period

This service guarantee does not entitle the Client to a refund beyond the first-session guarantee outlined in Section 7.1.

7.3 Self-Paced Program Guarantee

For the self-paced version of the Brain–Skin Self-Healing System™ (which includes lifetime access to the course materials and private community, but no live 1:1 or group coaching), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The Client agrees to fully engage with the material for thirty (30) days. If, after applying the brain retraining processes and exercises provided, the Client does not experience a noticeable improvement in their mental or emotional state (including, but not limited to, increased calm, reduced stress, or improved self-perception), they may request a full refund.

To request a refund, the Client must:

- Email [email protected] no earlier than thirty (30) days and no later than forty (40) days from the date of purchase

- Include a brief explanation of what felt missing from the program to be of value to them, or what could have been improved

Once received, the refund will be processed within 14 days. No further questions will be asked.

7.4 Program Structure & Duration

The structure and duration of the program depend on the package selected at purchase:

a) Self-Paced Version

- Includes lifetime access to the video course, materials, and the Self-Paced private community.

- No 1:1 sessions or live group coaching calls are included.

- The Self-Paced community is hosted separately and is open to both men and women.

b) Full Version

- Includes anywhere between one and six (1–6) 1:1 sessions (as agreed upon at enrollment).

- Six (6) months of access to live group coaching calls.

- Lifetime access to the video course, materials, and the Full Version private community.

- The Full Version community is a separate, exclusive Skool community for women only.

7.5 Lifetime Access to Materials

Access to the private community and self-study materials is provided on a lifetime basis. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime availability of the program in its current format and platform and does not guarantee ongoing live coaching access. Access may terminate if the platform ceases operation or Lovequest LLC discontinues the program, in which case reasonable notice will be provided where practicable. Additionally, if a refund is issued, access to all program materials and the associated community will be revoked immediately.

As outlined previously, all materials are for personal use only.

Access to the private community may be suspended or permanently revoked in cases of misconduct, including but not limited to behavior that violates the community guidelines outlined within the Skool platform. This includes any actions that disrupt the safety, integrity, or experience of other members. In such cases, Lovequest LLC reserves the right to remove access without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 General Limitation

Lovequest LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in its programs. Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded.

8.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovequest LLC, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or damages resulting from your participation or actions.

8.3 Unforeseen Individual Responses

You acknowledge that participation in Lovequest LLC programs may involve temporary emotional, psychological, or physical discomfort as stress patterns shift. Such responses may occur as part of an individual internal transformation process and do not constitute injury, harm, or grounds for liability, provided Lovequest LLC has acted within its stated scope of practice and without gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees.

10. Amendments

Lovequest LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes prior to their effective date.
